Brochure design for charity skydives

Graphic Design Brochure Design

GoSkydive asked us to design a brochure for their charity skydiving programme, something that would sit in a fundraiser’s hands and do two jobs at once: get them excited about the jump, and walk them through everything they needed to know to sign up. It’s a strange brief when you think about it, because you’re selling an experience that’s genuinely terrifying to people who are doing it for someone else. We had to make that feel like an easy yes.

What GoSkydive needed

GoSkydive already works with hundreds of charities across the UK, and the numbers speak for themselves, with over a million pounds raised for good causes last year alone. What they didn’t have was a single piece of collateral that explained the whole process clearly, from setting up an event to understanding the pricing, the deadlines, and what happens on the day itself. Charity coordinators needed something they could hand to a nervous first-time jumper and say, here’s everything, you’re in good hands.

The brief was to make skydiving feel accessible rather than extreme, while still keeping the thrill front and centre. GoSkydive's whole pitch rests on the fact that their team is trained specifically for first-timers, so the brochure needed to carry that reassurance through every page, not just state it once and move on.

The cover and the tone

We led with a real photo of two people mid-freefall, arms out, grinning, because that’s the feeling GoSkydive sells and no amount of clever copy replaces it. The blue and green palette runs through the whole brochure, giving it a consistent, confident identity that reads as professional without losing the sense of adventure underneath.

Inside, we kept the layout structured around clear sections rather than long blocks of text, because charity coordinators are often skimming for specific answers rather than reading cover to cover. Headings like “Partners in Fundraising” and “Setting Up an Organised Charity Skydiving Event” sit above short, direct paragraphs, so someone can find what they need without wading through everything else.

From curious to committed

We worked through the practical detail with the GoSkydive team, covering everything from discounted rates and free skydive incentives to the eight-week planning window and the £50 deposit process. Aerial shots of tandem jumps run alongside the text, giving the practical information some breathing room and reminding the reader why they’re reading it in the first place.

We also gave space to the emotional side of the brief, the section on why people take the leap for causes close to their hearts, because that’s often the real reason someone opens the brochure at all. It’s not just a logistics document, it’s meant to nudge someone from curious to committed.

The outcome

GoSkydive now has a brochure that does the job their charity partners actually need, explaining the process, the pricing, and the partnership clearly, while still capturing the adrenaline of the jump itself. It’s the kind of document a coordinator can hand over with confidence, knowing it answers the questions before they’re even asked.
